- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Berry and his nursing staff have always been very attentive, helpful, and thorough. I appreciate their hard work. Then there is the front office staff/reception who is quite the opposite -- very unfriendly, argumentative, accusatory, and unaccountable. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid the front office and therefore the task of even making an appointment and beginning the process of finally seeing Dr. Berry is daunting. I very much dislike calling, checking in to the long awaited appointment, and any following-up thereafter -- very very unfortunate.November 25, 2016by Christina S-Ponce
